Bike Tour in the Surroundings of Sibiu

Itinerary:

The tour starts at Justitiei No. 6 where the e-bikes are located. Our english-speaking guide will first lead you through the „green lungs” of Sibiu, the Subarin Parc. We ride through the forest to our next destination, Paltinis (Hohe Rinne). First the serpentines up on asphalt roads. From Paltinis we slowly leave the asphalt and switch to the forest path. Here it goes up&down through Șanta (mountain part from Paltinis) followed by Valea Lupilor (Wolfs Valley) and further until we have reached the shepherd's village of Rasinari. When we arrive here, we can drink a well-deserved Beer or visit the “Emil Cioran” memorial house (Cioran was one of the essayists and radical cultural critics in Romania after the Second World War). From here we go again on well-worn roads until we have arrived in Sibiu.
