Day trip in Valahia

Route: Brasov – Sinaia - Bucuresti - Brasov

Program:

Firstly we drive across Transylvania, in order to get to Walachia passing through Predeal. In the Middle Ages here was a former customs point. We continue our journey along the Prahova Valley towards Sinaia, in order to see the summer residence of the Romanian royal family. Afterwards, we cross the rich oil fields nearby Ploiesti, driving until Bucharest. We make a city tour of the Capital of Romania. The main cultural objectives here are: the Revolution Square, the Athenaeum, the Lipscani Street. Another cultural objective in Bucharest, worldwide known, is Ceausescu’s Parliament Palace, the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon. Lunch and free time in Bucharest. We return to the hotel where you are checked in, in Brasov, at about 19:00.
